# Part C - Harmonising Your Data for the WP7 Demo Project
In the e-mail you received from WP3, you will find:
1. the harmonisation dictionary for this demo project (also available [here](https://gitlab.inesctec.pt/wp4-recap/wp7-demo/-/blob/master/wp7_demo_harmonization_dictionary.xlsx)). This file is the same for every cohort;
1. the harmonisation dictionary for this demo project (also available [here](uploads/EPTHarmDictionary-sex_differences_main.xlsx)). This file is the same for every cohort;
1. a spreadsheet suggesting the variables from your cohort that may be harmonizable to the variables of this demo project.
The first file will be used in the next section, whereas the second file can be used in [section 4](#4-harmonise-each-variable) to help you harmonise your variables.
